Name: Omri Yosef Onessi
Residence: EiIat, Israel
Birthdate: October 18, 1979
Life story so far:
Under the water from birth to now. After being raised by my Father who dove for the Israeli Navi for 35 years I inherited a passion for diving. My first open water course was at age 14. At 22 I began underwater photography and at the age of 24 I began working as an SSI Instructor. After diving with dolphins for five years I went on vacation, and guess what?
Favorite things you’ve discovered:
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things…
Best things about diving?:
It is a hard question for me. I’m going to have to think about that. Maybe coming back to the surface…alive. Why ask me? Put your head under the water and find out.
Worst thing about diving:
People who that break corals and raise sand and ruin my viz.
